Beyond the 30-calendar-day return window, any applicable manufacturer warranty will be shown on the relevant product page and is based on manufacturer documentation. AuraGilt will assist customers with eligible warranty claims for products purchased from auragilt.shop.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

  • Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by notifying us in writing within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, address, and intent to opt out.
