Refund policy

At AuraGilt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make eligible returns simple, fast, and free.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in like-new condition, with original packaging and accessories included. Reasonable testing is permitted and does not affect return eligibility. For jewelry and accessories, reasonable testing includes opening the package, visually inspecting the item, and trying it on to confirm fit and appearance.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, disassembly, or modification beyond reasonable testing are not eligible for return.

Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is free — $0.00. We provide a prepaid return label via USPS or UPS Ground.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. For eligible returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable taxes where required by law.

Return Transit Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to reach our facility once shipped.

Refund Processing
Once your return is delivered to our facility, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Bank Processing Time
After we issue your refund, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it — this cancellation window takes priority over the order cutoff time. To cancel, please contact us immediately. If the cancellation request is received after 2 hours, we may not be able to stop the order from shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue faster. Reporting damage within 7 business days does not limit your 30-calendar-day return rights for eligible items. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
